Here are the firearm training courses we currently offer

Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Course

4 hour course (range and classroom) $50.00 per person plus a $10 range fee paid at the range  (Will be $60 plus $10 range fee after April 1st)

This 4 hour Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Course is the best response to the public’s need for Firearm Instruction, Legal Responsibility and Basic Firearm Safety for those who wish to apply for the Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License.

License applicants are required by the state of Florida to take this course because it is designed to provide hands-on introduction to safe handling and developing of knowledge, skills, and attitude toward firearm safety which requires continuous practice every time you handle a firearm.

Here is one of many reasons you should obtain your Concealed Firearms License; On April 2008 the Legislature passed the "Preservation and Protection of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms in Motor Vehicles Act of 2008" {790.251} This law was passed to make it illegal for a business or employer to prohibit the use of parking areas to customers or employees who keep a lawful firearm for lawful purposes out of view in their locked vehicle – this law mostly protects the customers or employees that have a valid Concealed Firearm License.

Home Firearm Safety Course

The NRA’s Home Firearm Safety Course is a four hour course conducted in a classroom (or at your home) this is a non-shooting course. This course teaches young adults, men, women, and students of all ages. It covers the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe handling of firearms plus, safe storage of firearms and ammunition in the home.

Students are taught NRA’s three rules for safe gun handling; primary causes of firearms accidents; firearm parts; how to unload certain action types; ammunition components; cleaning; care; and many more benefits of becoming an active “SAFE” participant in your household.

Personal Firearms Instruction

2 hour instructions (range only)......$50.00 per person plus a $10 range fee
paid at the range  (Will be $60 plus $10 range fee after April 1st)

Register

The Personal Firearms Instruction is a one-on-one instruction course conducted only at the range...no classroom.

Be prepared to bring and fire 200 rounds of ammunition for your handgun. This one-on-one instruction is provided by appointment only and is custom tailored to your skill level and what you feel is the area you need to work on.
